Περίληψη

Βασική στόχευση της δομής αποτελεί η εξασφάλιση αξιοπρεπούς διαβίωσης για τους/τις φυλακισμένους/ες συντρόφους/ισσες μέσα από μια κινηματική διαδικασία, η οποία θα πήγαινε την υλική διάσταση της αλληλεγγύης ένα βήμα παραπέρα από τις στενές οικογενειακές, φιλικές, συντροφικές σχέσεις, όπως επίσης και η συνδρομή στην άμεση κάλυψη έκτακτων καταστάσεων (δικαστικά έξοδα και εγγυήσεις διωκόμενων). Από εκεί και πέρα, ανάμεσα στις προτεραιότητες των ανθρώπων που απαρτίζουν τη δομή, παραμένουν οι έμπρακτες κινήσεις αλληλεγγύης, το χτίσιμο γεφυρών επικοινωνίας των μέσα με τους έξω και η ανάπτυξη κοινωνικών αγώνων εντός και εκτός των τειχών.

Από το 2010 μέχρι σήμερα, το ταμείο προσπαθεί να αποκτήσει μια σταθερή και συνεπή πολιτική, ηθική, υλική στήριξη για τη συγκέντρωση πόρων, οι οποίοι προέρχονται, κατά βάση, από την ατομική συνειδητή συμμετοχή της καθεμιάς και του καθενός μας, καθώς και από ομάδες και συλλογικότητες, συμβάλλοντας στη συνέχιση της έμπρακτης αλληλεγγύης. Η διαρκής κρατική καταστολή, ωστόσο, έχει ως αποτέλεσμα τον μεγάλο αριθμό των πολιτικών κρατουμένων και των δικαστικών εξόδων, και κατ’ επέκταση τις ιδιαίτερα αυξημένες υλικές ανάγκες. Τη δεδομένη χρονική περίοδο το ταμείο στηρίζει σε σταθερή μηνιαία βάση 21 κρατούμενους (Κουφοντίνα Δημήτρη, Μιχαηλίδη Γιάννη, Ξηρό Σάββα, Πετρακάκο Γιώργο, Σακκά Κώστα, Σταθόπουλο Βαγγέλη, Χριστοδούλου Σπύρο, Μαντζουρίδη Χάρη, Φώτη Δασκαλά, Ιάσονα Ροδόπουλο και τους 11 Τούρκους και Κούρδους αγωνιστές (Harika Kızılkaya, Hazal Seçer, Sinan Oktay Özen, Sinan Çam, Ali Ercan Gökoğlu, Burak Ağarmış, Halil Demir, Hasan Kaya, Anıl Sayar, İsmail Zat, Şadi Naci Özpolat). Επίσης, σε πολλές περιπτώσεις προσπαθούμε στο μέτρο του δυνατού να καλύψουμε δικαστικά έξοδα και εγγυήσεις συντρόφων/ισσών που διώκονται λόγω της πολιτικής τους ταυτότητας, της δράσης τους ή ακόμα και λόγω της συγγενικής/συντροφικής σχέσης που έχουν με φυλακισμένους αγωνιστές/στριες. Επίσης, ακόμα ένας σκοπός του Ταμείου είναι να καλύπτει δικαστικά έξοδα φυλακισμένων ή διωκόμενων που προκύπτουν λόγω της καταστολής ευρύτερων κοινωνικών/ταξικών αγώνων (είτε πρόκειται για υποθέσεις μεταναστών, συλλήψεις σε πορείες/παρεμβάσεις/ συγκρούσεις κλπ).

Τα τελευταία χρόνια με την συνθήκη της πανδημίας βιώσαμε πρωτοφανείς καταστάσεις τόσο σε μια γενικότερη κοινωνική και κινηματική διάσταση αλλά και όσο αναφορά τις συνθήκες εγκλεισμού και την διαδικασία συγκέντρωσης πόρων για την στήριξη των κρατουμένων. Το κράτος σαφώς αξιοποίησε την εξάπλωση του ιού ως ένα ακόμα μέσο για να επιβάλει νέες κατασταλτικές πολιτικές. Καταφέραμε ωστόσο όλο αυτό το διάστημα να εξασφαλίσουμε τους απαραίτητους πόρους για να συνδράμουμε στην αξιοπρεπή διαβίωση των φυλακισμένων συντρόφων/ισσων αλλά και στην κάλυψη διάφορων δικαστικών εξόδων που προέκυπταν. Σε αυτή την προσπάθεια συνέβαλλαν και οι προηγούμενες πετυχημένες καμπάνιες μας στο firefund που στήριξε ο κόσμος. Οι ανάγκες της δομής ωστόσο είναι διαχρονικές, όσο δηλαδή συνεχίζουν να υπάρχουν φυλακισμένα και διωκόμενα συντρόφια.

Βιώνοντας πλέον τον απόηχο της κρατικής διαχείρισης της πανδημίας και όλους τους νέους σχεδιασμούς που το κράτος ήδη έχει αρχίσει να εφαρμόζει -με καταλυτικά αποτελέσματα- όπως η αναδιάρθρωση της παιδείας (κατάργηση του ασύλου, κατασταλτικές επιχειρήσεις εντός των κάμπους), οι εκκενώσεις καταλήψεων, οι κατασταλτικές παρεμβάσεις της αστυνομίας σε δημόσιους χώρους όπου μέχρι πρότινος χρησιμοποιούταν για εκδηλώσεις οικονομικής στήριξης, βρισκόμαστε αντιμέτωποι/ες/α με νέες δυσκολίες όσο αφορά την ηθική, υλική και πολιτική στήριξη των φυλακισμένων & διωκόμενων αγωνιστ(ρι)ών. Έτσι αποφασίσαμε να απευθύνουμε για ακόμα μια φορά σε συντρόφια τόσο του εξωτερικού όσο και του εσωτερικού για να συνδράμουν οικονομικά και να ενισχύσουν τον σκοπό της δομής μέσω της πλατφόρμας του firefund.

Σχετικά με την δομή

Στην κοινωνική πραγµατικότητα, όπως και στο φυσικό κόσµο, κάθε κίνηση γίνεται αντιληπτή όταν από τη σφαίρα της θεώρησης τοποθετείται στις συνθήκες που την περιβάλλουν. Προκειµένου λοιπόν να γίνει αντιληπτή η αναγκαιότητα ύπαρξης και κατ’ επέκταση στήριξης – ή όχι- του ταµείου αλληλεγγύης φυλακισµένων και διωκόµενων αγωνιστών, οφείλουµε να κοιτάζουµε την κοινωνικοπολιτική συγκυρία που επικρατεί την κάθε δεδοµένη στιγµή σε συνάρτηση πάντα µε το βαθµό ωρίμανσης που βρίσκεται ο επαναστατικός χώρος.

Το Ταμείο αλληλεγγύης φυλακισμένων και διωκόμενων αγωνιστών/στριών δημιουργήθηκε το 2010, σε μια συγκυρία, όπου από τη μια πλευρά, η σκληρή καπιταλιστική αναδιάρθρωση εφορμούσε με όχημα την οικονομική κρίση, κι από την άλλη, ο ριζοσπαστικός χώρος, με πρόσφατη την εμπειρία της κοινωνικής έκρηξης του Δεκέμβρη του ΄08, βρισκόταν σε άνθιση δραστηριοποίησης. Υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες, η καταστολή έγινε ακόμα πιο σφοδρή, με αποτέλεσμα τον ολοένα και αυξανόμενο αριθμό πολιτικών κρατούμενων. Σε αυτό ακριβώς το πλαίσιο, συγκροτήθηκε το ταμείο αλληλεγγύης που ως αρχικό στόχο έθεσε τη συνεπή και σταθερή στήριξη όσων διώκονται ή φυλακίζονται για την ανατρεπτική τους δράση ή για τη συμμετοχή τους στους κοινωνικούς αγώνες. Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια της ύπαρξης του ταµείου, πέρα από την οικονοµική στήριξη, παρεµβαίνουµε πολιτικά µε εκδηλώσεις, βιβλιοπαρουσιάσεις, εκδόσεις και µεταφράσεις βιβλίων ή κειµένων των κρατουµένων. Παράλληλα, όλα αυτά τα χρόνια που οι φυλακισµένοι αγωνιστές, µε κινητοποιήσεις και απεργίες πείνας, παλεύουν ενάντια στις εκδικητικές ποινές, στις αποµονώσεις, στις µεταγωγές και στους βασανισµούς, προσπαθούμε να παρεµβαίνουµε µε λόγο και πράξεις ενάντια στη φρίκη του εγκλεισµού.

Το ταµείο αλληλεγγύης φυλακισµένων και διωκόµενων αγωνιστών είναι µια πανελλαδική δοµή που συνίσταται από επιµέρους συνελεύσεις πόλεων. Η συνέλευση κάθε πόλης λειτουργεί αυτόνοµα αποφασίζοντας και σχεδιάζοντας δράσεις, εκδηλώσεις, συζητήσεις που αφορούν τόσο τους πολιτικούς κρατούµενους, όσο και το ζήτηµα του εγκλεισµού στα σύγχρονα κολαστήρια. Ανά κάποιους µήνες µέλη των τοπικών αυτών οµάδων συναντώνται στην πανελλαδική συνέλευση του ταµείου, η οποία πραγµατοποιείται κυκλικά σε µια από τις πόλεις που την απαρτίζουν. Στην ανοιχτή αυτή συνέλευση συζητιούνται θέµατα οργάνωσης και προοπτικών της δοµής και λαµβάνονται αποφάσεις για εκδηλώσεις, εκδόσεις βιβλίων-εντύπων και δράσεις που µπορούν να στηρίξουν και να αναδείξουν τους σκοπούς της. Οι αποφάσεις λαµβάνονται οριζόντια και ισότιµα, πέρα από λογικές ανταγωνισµού και ιεραρχίας, σε πλαίσιο συνδιαµόρφωσης µετά από πολιτική ζύµωση των µελών και µακριά από πρακτικές ψηφοφορίας και ανάθεσης.

Στην προσπάθεια για την κάλυψη των οικονοµικών αναγκών της δοµής, πέρα από τις εκδόσεις πραγµατοποιούµε επίσης διάφορες εκδηλώσεις οικονοµικής ενίσχυσης. Ωστόσο, η δοµή αυτή δεν θα ήταν δυνατό να σταθεί χωρίς τη στήριξη µεµονωµένων συντρόφων και συλλογικοτήτων που αντιλαµβάνονται την ύπαρξη και συνέχισή της ως κάτι αναγκαίο και απαραίτητο. Η πλαισίωση της προσπάθειας του ταµείου, ιδιαίτερα από συλλογικότητες, µε τη συµµετοχή στις κατά τόπους συνελεύσεις ή και µέσω έστω της τακτικής και συνεπούς οικονοµικής συνεισφοράς κρίνεται ζωτικής σηµασίας.

Επιπλέον, πολύ σηµαντική παραµένει η στήριξη που έρχεται από συντρόφους από το εξωτερικό. Η στήριξη αυτή αφενός αναπτύσσει το αίσθηµα της αλληλεγγύης και αλληλεπίδρασης µε συλλογικότητες και οργανώσεις διεθνώς και αφετέρου βοηθά ουσιαστικά και έµπρακτα τη δοµή στην προσπάθειά της να καλύπτει καθηµερινές ανάγκες των κρατουµένων. Βασική, λοιπόν, επιδίωξη των µελών της είναι η διατήρηση και η ενδυνάµωση των διεθνών σχέσεων σε µια προσπάθεια δικτύωσης αλλά και συλλογικοποίησης των αντιστάσεων, τόσο εκτός όσο και εντός των τειχών. Αυτή η προσπάθεια συµπεριλαµβάνει επικοινωνία και οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων στο εξωτερικό, καθώς αντίστοιχα και φιλοξενία εκδηλώσεων και συντρόφων εδώ.

Η δοµή του ταµείου στηρίζει αγωνιζόµενους ανθρώπους που διώκονται και φυλακίζονται για τη συµµετοχή τους στους κοινωνικούς και ταξικούς αγώνες, για την ανατρεπτική τους δράση στα πλαίσια του πολύµορφου επαναστατικού αγώνα. Ακόµα στηρίζει συντρόφους και συντρόφισσες που βρέθηκαν στη φυλακή κατηγορούµενοι για αδικήµατα που φαινοµενικά δεσχετίζονται άµεσα µε τους κοινωνικούς αγώνες αλλά η πολιτική τους ταυτότητα και δράση τους εντάσσει ξεκάθαρα στο ριζοσπαστικό χώρο. Επίσης όταν η ωµή κρατική καταστολή ποινικοποιεί τις φιλικές/συγγενικές/συντροφικές σχέσεις, την ίδια την ανθρώπινη αλληλεγγύη, εµείς επιλέγουµε να στηρίξουµε τους ανθρώπους αυτούς που στάθηκαν µε αξιοπρέπεια και στοχοποιήθηκαν για αυτές τους τις σχέσεις.Απαραίτητη και αδιαπραγµάτευτη προϋπόθεση όµως για την ανάπτυξη διαλεκτικής σχέσης στήριξης αποτελεί η µη συνεργασία µε τις αρχές κατά τη διάρκεια της σύλληψης και της φυλάκισης καθώς επίσης και η αναγνώριση µιας κοινότητας αγώνα µακριά από λογικές εχθροπραξιών και πολεµικής εντός και απέναντί της.

Παράλληλα δε θα µπορούσαµε να µην είµαστε αλληλέγγυοι σε συγκεκριµένες περιπτώσεις κοινωνικών κρατουµένων, που εντός της φυλακής σχετίστηκαν µε τον επαναστατικό χώρο και συνεχίζουν να αγωνίζονται και να παλεύουν µε αξιοπρέπεια για καλύτερες συνθήκες εντός των κολαστηρίων, µε όλους αυτούς που προβάλλουν τη σπουδαιότητα διασύνδεσης των αγώνων εντός και εκτός των τειχών.

Θεωρούµε επίσης πολύ σηµαντική την πολιτική και έµπρακτη στήριξη προς τους/τις µετανάστες/ριες που µε στόχο την υποβάθµιση της ίδιας τους της ύπαρξης, συστηµατικά παρανοµοποιούνται από τα κράτη και φυλακίζονται σε στρατόπεδα συγκέντρωσης. Σε αυτήν την κατεύθυνση προσπαθούµε να συνδράµουµε υλικά στις διάφορες πρωτοβουλίες που συγκροτούνται και επιδιώκουµε τη σύνδεση µε αντίστοιχες δοµές. Γιατί πάνω απ’ όλα είµαστε ενάντια σε οποιαδήποτε µορφή εγκλεισµού και γι’ αυτό θα συνεχίζουµε να παλεύουµε στο πλευρό όλων των παραπάνω.

Μετά από όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, µε τις συνεχόµενες διώξεις και φυλακίσεις, κρίνουµε ότι η ύπαρξη του ταµείου παραµένει επίκαιρη και αναγκαία. Ένα ακόµα λιθαράκι µέσα σε ένα µωσαϊκό που χτίζουν οι πολύµορφοι αγώνες ενάντια στις φυλακές και που προτρέπουν να δράσουµε απέναντι σε έναν από τους σηµαντικότερους πυλώνες του συστήµατος καταπίεσης και εκµετάλλευσης. Απέναντι στο έγκληµα του εγκλεισµού που αναπαράγει ταξικές ανισότητες φόβο και υποταγή.

Γιατί στους καιρούς της οικονοµικής λεηλασίας, της καπιταλιστικής βαρβαρότητας και του ρεφορµιστικού εφησυχασµού…

Summary

The basic aim of the structure is to ensure decent living conditions for the imprisoned comrades through a process that would take place within the political movement; thereby taking the material dimension of solidarity a step beyond close family, friendly and comrade relationships, as well as to help with the immediate coverage of emergencies (such as court expenses and bails for the persecuted). Yet, the actions of practical solidarity and the building and development of communication bridges and united struggles between those inside prisons and those outside of it, remain as priorities of the people who form and sustain the structure.

From 2010 until today, the Solidarity Fund has been trying to obtain a regular and consistent political, moral and material support for collecting funds, which derives primarily from the conscious participation of each and every one of us, as well as from groups and collectives, that contribute to the continuation of factual solidarity. Continued state repression, however, results in a large number of political prisoners and legal costs, and consequently, in particularly high material needs. At this moment, the Solidarity Fund supports 21 prisoners on a regular monthly basis; Koufontinas Dimitris, Michailidis Giannis, Xiros Savvas, Petrakakos Giorgos, Sakkas Kostas, Stathopoulos Vangelis, Christodoulou Spyros, Mantzouridis Christos, Fotis Daskalas, Iasonas Rodopoulos and the 11 militants from Turkey and Kurdistan (Harika Kızılkaya, Hazal Seçer, Sinan Oktay Özen, Sinan Çam, Ali Ercan Gökoğlu, Burak Ağarmış, Halil Demir, Hasan Kaya, Anıl Sayar, İsmail Zat, Şadi Naci Özpolat). In many cases we also try to cover -as much as our (financial) capabilities allow-the legal expenses and bails of comrades who are persecuted for their political identity, their actions or even for their family or comrade relationship with imprisoned militants.

The previous years due to the pandemic we experienced unprecedented situations both as society and as political movements but also regarding the conditions of prisons and the process of fundraising in order to support the prisoners. The state, as it would be expected, took advantage of the spread of covid-19 as yet another means to impose new repressive policies. However, throughout those times we managed to secure the necessary resources to support the imprisoned comrades and also to cover various court fees that arose. Our previous successful firefund campaigns supported by people worldwide also contributed to this effort. The needs of the structure however are always constant, as long as imprisoned and persecuted comrades exist.

Now experiencing the aftermath of the state managing the pandemic and all the new plans that it has already begun to implement -with catastrophic results- such as the new education policy (abolition of the “asylum”, repressive operations within the campuses), the eviction of squats, the repressive interventions by the police in public spaces where until now they were used for financial support events, we are faced with new difficulties regarding the moral, material and political support of imprisoned & persecuted militants. So we decided to appeal once again to comrades throughout the world to strengthen the purpose of the structure and help us financially through the firefund platform.

About

As in the natural world so in the social reality as well, every motion is perceived when, from the sphere of theoretical consideration it is placed within its surrounding circumstances. Therefore, in order to understand the necessity of the existence and thereby the support – or not- of the Solidarity Fund for prisoners and persecuted militants, we have to look at the socio-political situation, as well as at which level the maturity of the revolutionary movement lies at any given time.

The Solidarity Fund was established in 2010 in a situation, where on the one hand a hard capitalist restructuring was carried out under the guise of the “economic crisis” and on the other hand the radical part of the society, having very recent memories from the experience of the social revolt of December ’08, was in a boom of activities, expressing the genuine and spontaneous social rage. In those given circumstances, where the systemic restructuring entailed the upgrade of repression and the (further) legislative protection of the privileged, while the activity of all struggling parts of the society produced a multiple aggression (ranging from the vigorous workers’ solidarity, the massive clashes, the occupations of buildings and public spaces, the collective direct actions, to the armed revolutionary actions), arose the issue of the dozens of political prisoners.

Due to the upgrade of the “anti-terrorist” laws and the judiciary-repression complex mechanisms, but also bearing in mind the escalation of the revolutionary action itself, these political prisoners were now facing severe and/or lengthy sentences. This created a novel situation for the majority of the radical part of the society since the fall of the military junta (1974). The main characteristic features of this situation appeared to be its severity and duration. In this exact context the Solidarity Fund was established, setting as its initial target the consistent and constant support of those persecuted or imprisoned for their subversive actions and their participation in the social struggles.

The Solidarity Fund for prisoners and persecuted militants is a nationwide structure consisting of individual assemblies in various towns. The assembly of each town operates autonomously acting and designing actions, events, discussions involving both political prisoners, and the issue of incarceration in the modern hellholes. Every some months members of these local groups meet at a nationwide assembly of the Solidarity Fund, which has a public character and takes place (cyclically) in one of the towns that constitute it. In this open assembly organizational issues and perspectives of the structure are discussed and decisions are taken regarding events, publications of books/magazines and actions that can support and promote its purposes. Decisions are taken in a horizontal and egalitarian way, beyond any kind of competition and hierarchy, within a framework of collective decision-making after the political ferment of the members, away from any practice of voting and delegation.

In our effort to meet the structure’s financial requirements, apart from the various publications we also carry out various financial aid events. However, this structure could not have survived without the support of individual comrades and collectives who perceive its existence and continuation as something necessary and indispensable. The support of the efforts of the Solidarity Fund, particularly from collectives, with their participation in the local meetings, or even through a regular and consistent financial contribution, is of vital importance. Furthermore, the support that’s coming from comrades abroad remains a very important one. This support both develops a sense of solidarity and interaction with collectives and organizations internationally and also substantially and actively helps the structure in its attempt to cover the daily needs of the prisoners. Therefore, a basic aim of its members is the maintenance and strengthening of international relations, in an attempt to network and even to collectivize the resistance, both outside and inside the prison walls. This effort includes communication and organizing of events abroad as well as hosting events and offering hospitality for comrades here (in Greece).

The structure of the Solidarity Fund supports people who struggle and are persecuted and imprisoned for their involvement in the social and class struggles, for their subversive action, within the spectrum of the multiform revolutionary struggle. It also supports comrades who end up in prison, charged with offenses that are seemingly not directly related to the social struggles, but their political identity and actions clearly identify them as part of the radical movement. Likewise, when the brutal state repression criminalizes friendly/family/companionship relationships, the human solidarity itself, we choose to support those people who stood with dignity and were targeted for these relationships. An essential and non-negotiable precondition for the development of a dialectical relationship of support is the refusal of cooperation with the authorities during the arrest and imprisonment as well as the recognition of a struggling community, far from any kind of hostilities and polemics within and against it.

At the same time it wouldn’t be possible to not stand in solidarity with specific cases of social prisoners who, while in prison, were associated with the revolutionary movement and continue to struggle and fight with dignity for better conditions in the hellholes, with all those who project the importance of interconnection of the struggles within and outside the prison walls. We also consider the political and practical support to migrants very important; in an attempt to downgrade the existence of the migrants itself, states systematically make them illegal and imprison them in concentration camps. In this direction we try to materially contribute to the various initiatives being set up and we seek to connect with respective structures. Because above all we are against any type of confinement and for this reason we will continue to fight alongside all those mentioned above

Finally, apart from the Solidarity Fund for the regular financial support of the prisoners, there is also a parallel Solidarity Fund, which as much as its (financial) capabilities allow, helps to immediately cover emergencies, such as court expenses and bails, provided the funds are returned within a reasonable time.

Today, some years later (since our establishment), we are once again called to read the conditions being created within a scene that is getting clearer and to reorganize the consistent support of the movement for the imprisoned militants with terms and targets equally clear. The capitalist restructuring expressed through an all-encompassing attack from those above against the entire range of social life of the country, seems to become permanent. It now becomes clear that regardless of the changes in the colors and the names of those who rule, the implementation of strategies that impose broad poverty, social cannibalism and state repression, is a one-way street for the world of capital and the inequality it produces. The fake hope of entrusting the “left” management is also annihilated. Those at the lower social classes increasingly understand the importance of their own organizing in order to manage -materially as well- the arising needs.

The revolutionary movement, of which we are part, seems to understand the limits of spontaneity that in recent years has nourished and brought us to the forefront, but remained insufficient to initiate a complete social change. It seems to become more mature and structured through organizational frameworks that correspond to a movement. So on the one hand we have the continuous and explicit effort of the privileged classes to impose even more inequalities and coercion and on the other hand the world of struggle that attempts its organized counterattack. In simple terms it is understood that the already large number of militants who are persecuted and imprisoned will remain unchanged -if not, it will be getting even larger- thus becoming a real issue to be addressed by the struggling parts of society that want to be called -and act- revolutionary.

After all these years, of the continuous persecutions and imprisonments, we consider the existence of the Solidarity Fund topical and necessary. Being one more stone in a mosaic being built by the multiform struggles against prisons, which urge us to act against one of the major pillars of the system of oppression and exploitation.

Darüber hinaus gehören zu den Prioritäten der Menschen, aus denen die Strukturbesteht, die tatsächlichen Solidaritätsbewegungen, die Bildung von Brücken der Kommunikationderer drinnen mit denen draußen und die Entfachung gesellschaftlicher Kämpfe innerhalb undaußerhalb der Mauern.

Der Solidaritätsfonds für Gefangene und verfolgte Kämpfer_innen wurde 2010 gegründet, in einer Situation, in der einerseits die harte kapitalistische Neustrukturierung durch die Finanzkrise angeschoben wurde, und sich andererseits die radikale Bewegung mit den jüngsten Erfahrungen des gesellschaftlichen Ausbruchs im Dezember 2008 in seiner Blüte befand. Unter diesen Umständen war die Unterdrückung nochmal heftiger, mit dem Ergebnis eines immer höheren Anstiegs der Zahl politischer Gefangener. In genau diesem Rahmen fand sich der Solidaritätsfonds zusammen, dessen erstes Ziel die konsequente und kontinuierliche Unterstützung derer war, die wegen ihrer subversiven Aktionen oder ihrer Teilnahme an gesellschaftlichen Kämpfen verfolgt oder inhaftiert werden. Von 2010 bis heute versucht der Fonds, eine konsequente und kontinuierliche politische, moralische und materielle Unterstützung für die Sammlung von Geldern aufzubauen, die primär herrührt aus der persönlichen, bewussten Teilnahme jeder_s Einzelnen von uns, aber auch aus Gruppen und Kollektiven, indem diese zur Fortsetzung der praktischen Solidarität beitragen. Dennoch resultiert aus der andauernden staatlichen Unterdrückung eine große Anzahl politischer Gefangener und Gerichtskosten, und im weiteren Sinn der gestiegene materielle Bedarf. Momentan unterstützt der Fonds auf monatlicher Basis 21 Gefangene: Koufontinas Dimitris, Michailidis Giannis, Xiros Savvas, Petrakakos Giorgos, Sakkas Kostas, Stathopoulos Vangelis, Christodoulou Spyros, Mantzouridis Christos, Fotis Daskalas, Iasonas Rodopoulos and the 11 militants from Turkey and Kurdistan (Harika Kızılkaya, Hazal Seçer, Sinan Oktay Özen, Sinan Çam, Ali Ercan Gökoğlu, Burak Ağarmış, Halil Demir, Hasan Kaya, Anıl Sayar, İsmail Zat, Şadi Naci Özpolat). Außerdem versuchen wir in vielen Fällen im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten Gerichtskosten und Kautionen von Genoss_innen zu decken, die aufgrund ihrer politischen Identität, ihrer Aktionen oder sogar wegen verwandtschaftlicher / politischer Beziehungen verfolgt werden, die sie zu inhaftierten Kämpfer_innen haben.

In den vergangenen Jahren erlebten wir aufgrund der Pandemie beispiellose Situationen sowohl als Gesellschaft als auch als politische Bewegungen, aber auch in Bezug auf die Bedingungen in den Gefängnissen und den Prozess der Mittelbeschaffung zur Unterstützung der Gefangenen. Wie zu erwarten war, nutzte der Staat die Ausbreitung von Covid-19 als weiteres Mittel, um neue repressive Maßnahmen durchzusetzen. Es ist uns jedoch gelungen, während dieser Zeit die notwendigen Ressourcen zur Unterstützung der inhaftierten Kameraden und auch zur Deckung verschiedener anfallender Gerichtsgebühren zu sichern. Dazu trugen auch unsere bisherigen erfolgreichen Firefund-Kampagnen bei, die von Menschen weltweit unterstützt wurden. Die Bedürfnisse der Struktur sind jedoch immer konstant, solange es inhaftierte und verfolgte Kameraden gibt.

Jetzt erleben wir die Nachwirkungen der staatlichen Bewältigung der Pandemie und all der neuen Pläne, die er bereits umgesetzt hat – mit katastrophalen Ergebnissen – wie die neue Bildungspolitik (Abschaffung des „Asyls“, repressive Operationen auf dem Campus), die Räumung der Hausbesetzungen, die repressiven Interventionen der Polizei im öffentlichen Raum, wo sie bisher für finanzielle Unterstützungsveranstaltungen genutzt wurden, stehen wir vor neuen Schwierigkeiten hinsichtlich der moralischen, materiellen und politischen Unterstützung von inhaftierten & verfolgten Militanten. Also haben wir beschlossen, noch einmal an Genossen auf der ganzen Welt zu appellieren, den Zweck der Struktur zu stärken und uns finanziell durch die Firefund-Plattform zu helfen.

Parmi les priorités des personnes qui font part du Fonds, reste les mouvements de solidarité tangibles, la construction «des ponts» de communication entre ceux a l’intérieur et a l’extérieur du carcéral et la croissance des combats sociales à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des murs.

Le Fonds de solidarité pour les combattants/es emprisonnés et persécutés a été créé en 2010 à un moment où, d'une part, la restructuration capitaliste dure était à l'origine de la crise financière, et d'autre part, l'espace radical, avec son expérience récente de l'explosion sociale en décembre 2008, (avec l'assassinat d'un jeune qui s’appelait Alexandros Grigoropoulos, qui avait 16 ans, par le policier Korkoneas) était en pleine activité. Dans ces circonstances, la répression est devenue encore plus imminente et sévère, résultant un nombre croissant de prisonniers politiques. C’est dans ce contexte que le Fonds de solidarité a été créé, avec l’objectif principal de soutenir ceux qui sont persécutés ou emprisonnes des activités subversives ou leur participation aux luttes sociales. De 2010 jusqu’aujourd'hui, le Fonds de solidarité essaye d'acquérir un soutien politique, moral, matériel stable et cohérent pour la mise en commun des ressources, qui sont essentiel et qui proviennent par la participation individuelle consciente de chacun, ainsi que les groupes solidaires, contribuant à la poursuite de la solidarité pratique. La répression étatique continue, cependant, a pour effet le grand nombre de prisonniers politiques et des coûts de palais de justice, par extension, les coûts notamment besoins matériels accrus. Actuellement, le Fonds de solidarité soutient 21 détenus et détenues sur une base mensuelle régulière (Koufontinas Dimitris, Michailidis Giannis, Xiros Savvas, Petrakakos Giorgos, Sakkas Kostas, Stathopoulos Vangelis, Christodoulou Spyros, Mantzouridis Christos, Fotis Daskalas, Iasonas Rodopoulos and the 11 militants from Turkey and Kurdistan (Harika Kızılkaya, Hazal Seçer, Sinan Oktay Özen, Sinan Çam, Ali Ercan Gökoğlu, Burak Ağarmış, Halil Demir, Hasan Kaya, Anıl Sayar, İsmail Zat, Şadi Naci Özpolat). De plus, aux nombreux cas, nous essayons, autant que possible, de couvrir les frais de justice et les garanties juridiques des compagnons qui sont persécutés en raison de leur identité politique, de leur action politique ou même à cause d’une relation familiale ou compagnie avec les combattant/es emprisonnés.

Les années précédentes, en raison de la pandémie, nous avons vécu des situations sans précédent tant en tant que société qu'en tant que mouvements politiques, mais aussi en ce qui concerne les conditions de détention et le processus de collecte de fonds afin de soutenir les prisonniers. L'État, comme on pouvait s'y attendre, a profité de la propagation du covid-19 comme un autre moyen pour imposer de nouvelles politiques répressives. Cependant, tout au long de ces périodes, nous avons réussi à obtenir les ressources nécessaires pour soutenir les camarades emprisonnés et également pour couvrir les divers frais de justice qui en découlaient. Nos précédentes campagnes de fonds de secours réussies, soutenues par des personnes du monde entier, ont également contribué à cet effort. Les besoins de la structure sont cependant toujours constants, tant qu'il existe des camarades emprisonnés et persécutés. Connaît désormais les séquelles de la gestion de la pandémie par l'État et de tous les nouveaux plans qu'il a déjà commencé à mettre en œuvre - avec des résultats catastrophiques - comme la nouvelle politique d'éducation (suppression de l'"asile", opérations répressives au sein des campus), l'éviction des squats, des interventions répressives de la police dans l'espace public où elles étaient jusqu'alors utilisées pour des événements de soutien financier, nous sommes confrontés à de nouvelles difficultés concernant le soutien moral, matériel et politique des militants emprisonnés et persécutés. Nous avons donc décidé de faire à nouveau appel à des camarades du monde entier pour renforcer la vocation de la structure et nous aider financièrement à travers la plateforme firefund.

OLIDARITÉ AUX PRISONNIERS/ERES POLITIQUES

El objetivo principal de la estructura es garantizar una vida digna para los/las compañeros/as prisioneros/as a través de un proceso cinemático que llevará la dimensión material de la solidaridad a un paso más allá de las relaciones familiares, amistosas y de compañía íntimas, así como la asistencia en la cobertura inmediata de emergencias (costos legales y garantías para los/as perseguidos/as). Aparte de eso, entre las prioridades de las personas que componen la estructura, están los movimientos efectivos de solidaridad, la construcción de puentes de comunicación entre los de adentro y los de afuera, y el desarrollo de luchas sociales dentro y fuera de los muros.

El Fondo de solidaridad para combatientes prisioneros/as y perseguidos/as se creó en 2010 en un momento en que, por un lado, la dura reestructuración capitalista se estaba lanzando guiada por la crisis financiera y, por otro, el espacio radical, con su reciente experiencia de explosión social de diciembre de 2008, estaba en una floración de activación. En estas circunstancias, la represión se hizo aún más severa, lo que resultó en un número creciente de presos políticos. Es precisamente en este contexto cuando se creó el fondo de solidaridad, que estableció como objetivo principal el apoyo coherente y estable de los/las perseguidos/aso prisioneros/as por su acción subversiva o por su participación en las luchas sociales. Desde 2010, el fondo ha estado intentando de obtener un apoyo político, moral y material coherente y estable para la recaudación de recursos, que se derivan principalmente de la participación consciente de cada uno/a de nosotros y nosotras, así como de grupos y colectividades, contribuyendo a la continuación de la solidaridad efectiva. Sin embargo, la continua represión estatal tiene como resultado una gran cantidad de prisioneros políticos y costos judiciales, y, en consecuencia, necesidades materiales particularmente altas. En este momento, el fondo apoya sobre una base mensual constante a 21 prisioneros/as: Koufontinas Dimitris, Michailidis Giannis, Xiros Savvas, Petrakakos Giorgos, Sakkas Kostas, Stathopoulos Vangelis, Christodoulou Spyros, Mantzouridis Christos, Fotis Daskalas, Iasonas Rodopoulos y los 11 combatientes turcos y kurdos: Harika Kızılkaya, Hazal Seçer, Sinan Oktay Özen, Sinan Çam, Ali Ercan Gökoğlu, Burak Ağarmış, Halil Demir, Hasan Kaya, Anıl Sayar, İsmail Zat, Şadi Naci Özpolat. En muchos casos, también tratamos de cubrir, tanto como sea posible, las costas y las garantías de los compañeros/as que son perseguidos/as por su identidad política, sus acciones o incluso por su relación de parentesco/compañerismo con combatientes prisioneros/as.

Los años anteriores debido a la pandemia vivimos situaciones inéditas tanto como sociedad y como movimientos políticos pero también en cuanto a las condiciones de las cárceles y el proceso de recaudación de fondos para apoyar a los presos. El Estado, como era de esperarse, aprovechó la propagación del covid-19 como un medio más para imponer nuevas políticas represivas. Sin embargo, a lo largo de esos tiempos logramos asegurar los recursos necesarios para apoyar a los compañeros presos y también para cubrir diversas costas judiciales que surgieron. Nuestras exitosas campañas anteriores de firefund apoyadas por personas de todo el mundo también contribuyeron a este esfuerzo. Las necesidades de la estructura, sin embargo, son siempre constantes, mientras existan compañeros encarcelados y perseguidos.

Ahora viviendo las secuelas del manejo estatal de la pandemia y todos los nuevos planes que ya ha comenzado a implementar -con resultados catastróficos- como la nueva política educativa (abolición del “asylum”, operativos represivos dentro de los planteles), el desalojo de las okupaciones, las intervenciones represivas de la policía en espacios públicos donde hasta ahora se utilizaban para eventos de apoyo económico, nos enfrentamos a nuevas dificultades en cuanto al apoyo moral, material y político de los militantes encarcelados y perseguidos. Entonces decidimos apelar una vez más a los compañeros de todo el mundo para fortalecer el propósito de la estructura y ayudarnos financieramente a través de la plataforma firefund.
