De 500 polske og rumænske bygningsarbejdere der har strejket på Femern er gået i arbejde men indsamlingen til deres bod og strejkeunderstøttelse fortsætter!

Op imod 500 polske, rumænske og danske bygningsarbejdere på prestigebyggeriet af Femernbælt Link har strejket i 5 dage for at få en fair løn. De får 140 kr. i timen, mens en dansk betonarbejder får minimum 185 kr. i timen på samme byggeplads. De polske, og rumænske bygningsarbejdere vil have samme løn som deres danske kolleger. Derfor har de strejket og blokeret byggepladsen siden tirsdag d. 28/6.

Lørdag d. 2/7 indgik de strejkende en aftale med firmaet FLC. Aftalen forpligter firmaet til inden for 10 dage at komme med mærkbare lønstigninger. Bygningsarbejderne har derfor indvilget i at genoptage arbejdet.

Dette er en historisk begivenhed da det er første gang at så mange migrant arbejdere i danmark har organiseret en strejke af denne størrelse. Og deres resultat understreger at det virker at tage kampen! Det er en vigtigt kamp som vores kollegaer på Femern har taget mod underbetaling og ulighed i hele den danske byggebranche.

Men arbejdsretten har idømt dem en hård bod for den overenskomststridige strejke. Det betyder, at de strejkende bygningsarbejdere hver får en bøde på over 3000 kr. Samtidig har de heller ikke fået løn under strejken. Der er også mulighed for at strejken genoptages såfremt der ikke kommer mærkbare lønstigninger i løbet af de 10 dage. Derfor forsætter indsamlingen til støtte for vores kollegaer for fuld skrue!

Det er ikke rimeligt, at dem, der går forrest i kampen mod social dumping, skal have sådan en bøde og et kæmpe løntab! Derfor samler vi ind til kollegerne. I første omgang skal vi dække den høje bod. Hvis muligt vil vi også samle ind, så de kan få noget strejkeunderstøttelse for de dage, hvor de ikke har fået løn.

Up to 500 Polish, Romanian and Danish construction workers on the prestigious construction of the Fehmarnbelt Link have been on strike for 5 days to get a fair wage. They receive DKK 140 per hour, while a Danish concrete worker receives a minimum of DKK 185 per hour on the same construction site. The Polish and Romanian construction workers want to have the same salary as their Danish colleagues. Therefore, they have been on strike and blocked the construction site since Tuesday 28/6.

On Saturday 2/7, the strikers entered into an agreement with the company FLC. The agreement obliges the company to come up with noticeable salary increases within 10 days. The construction workers have therefore agreed to resume work.

This is a historic event as it is the first time that so many migrant workers in Denmark have organized a strike of this size. And their result underscores that the results are created when we fight! It is an important battle that our colleagues in Fehmarn have taken against underpayment and inequality throughout the Danish construction industry.

But the labor court has sentenced them to a harsh fine for striking in breach of the collective agreement. This means that the striking construction workers will each be fined more than DKK 3,000. At the same time, they have not been paid during the strike. There is also a possibility that the strike will resume if there are no noticeable wage increases during the 10 days. Therefore, the collection continues in support of our colleagues at full speed!

It is not fair that those who are at the forefront of the fight against social dumping should have such a large fine and a huge wage loss! That is why we collect for our colleagues. First of all, we need to cover the large fine. If possible, we will also collect so that they can get some strike support for the days when they have not been paid.

Aż 500 Polskich, Rumuńskich i Duńskich pracowników budowlanych na prestiżowej budowie połączenia Fehmarn Belt, strajkowało od 5 dni, aby uzyskać godziwą płacę. Otrzymują 140 DKK za godzinę, a duński betoniarz minimum 185 DKK za godzinę na tej samej budowie. Polscy i Rumuńscy robotnicy budowlani chcą mieć taką samą pensję jak ich Duńscy koledzy. Dlatego od wtorku 28.06. strajkują i zablokowali plac budowy.

W sobotę 2/7 strajkujący zawarli porozumienie z firmą FLC. Umowa zobowiązuje firmę do wystąpienia zauważalnych podwyżek wynagrodzeń w ciągu 10 dni. Robotnicy budowlani zgodzili się zatem na wznowienie prac.

Jest to wydarzenie historyczne, ponieważ po raz pierwszy tak wielu pracowników migrujących w Danii zorganizowało strajk na taką skalę. A ich wynik podkreśla, że ​​rezultaty powstają, gdy walczymy! To ważna bitwa, którą nasi koledzy z Fehmarn podjęli przeciwko niedopłatom i nierównościom w duńskim przemyśle budowlanym.

Ale sąd pracy skazał ich na surową grzywnę za strajkowanie z naruszeniem układu zbiorowego. Oznacza to, że każdy strajkujący robotnicy budowlani zostanie ukarany grzywną w wysokości ponad 3 000 DKK. Jednocześnie nie płacono im podczas strajku. Istnieje również możliwość wznowienia strajku, jeśli w ciągu 10 dni nie nastąpi zauważalny wzrost płac. Dlatego zbiórka kontynuuje wspieranie naszych kolegów na pełnych obrotach!

To niesprawiedliwe, że ci, którzy stoją na czele walki z dumpingiem socjalnym, powinni otrzymać tak wysoką grzywnę i ogromną utratę płac! Dlatego zbieramy dla naszych kolegów. Przede wszystkim musimy pokryć dużą grzywnę. Jeśli to możliwe, zbierzemy również pieniądze, aby mogli otrzymać wsparcie strajkowe w dniach, w których nie otrzymali zapłaty.

Hundredevis af polske og rumænske arbejdere har nedlagt arbejdet på det store offentlige Femern byggeri og kræver lige løn på lige vilkår med deres danske kollegaer. Da strejken er overenskomststridig, er de blevet pålagt skærpet bod og derfor samler vi ind for at dække deres omkostninger.

Kollegaerne fra Polen og Rumænien på Femern forbindelsen har strejket siden tirsdag, med det rimelige krav; at få samme løn som de danske betonarbejdere på pladsen.

De strejkende kollegaer er blevet idømt bod i arbejdsretten på 50 kr. pr time for alle timer de har strejket, og nu er boden blevet hævet til 80 kr. pr time.

Lad os understrege, at når vores kollegaer organiserer sig og går forrest i kampen mod ulighed og udnyttelse, så har de hele fællesskabet i ryggen! ✊

Hundreds of Polish and Romanian workers have stopped working on the large public Fehmarn construction project and are demanding equal pay on equal terms with their Danish colleagues. As the strike is in breach of the collective agreement, they have been fined by the labor court, and therefore we are collecting funds to cover their costs.

Colleagues from Poland and Romania on the Fehmarnbelt connection have been on strike since Tuesday the 28. of June.

The striking colleagues have been fined DKK 50 per hour for all the hours they have gone on strike, and now the fine has been raised to DKK 80 per hour. At the same time, of course, no salary is given. Many of the strikers have families to support, and it is not easy in these circumstances.

Let us emphasize that when our colleagues organize and take the lead in the fight against inequality and exploitation, they have the whole community behind them! ✊

Setki polskich i rumuńskich pracowników przestało pracować przy dużym publicznym projekcie budowlanym w Fehmarn i domaga się równych płac na równych warunkach z duńskimi kolegami.  Ponieważ strajk jest sprzeczny z układem zbiorowym, zostali ukarani przez sąd pracy grzywną, dlatego zbieramy środki na pokrycie ich kosztów.

Koledzy z Polski i Rumunii w sprawie połączenia Fehmarnbelt strajkują od wtorku 28 czerwca.

Strajkujący koledzy zostali ukarani grzywną w wysokości 50 DKK za godzinę za wszystkie godziny strajku, a teraz grzywna została podniesiona do 80 DKK za godzinę.  Jednocześnie oczywiście nie dostają wynagrodzenia.  Wielu strajkujących ma rodziny na utrzymaniu, a w tych okolicznościach nie jest to łatwe.
