Το βράδυ της 09/03/2021 στην περιοχή της Νέας Σμύρνης, είδαμε και ζήσαμε στιγμές τρομοκρατίας και παραβίασης των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων μας. Χιλιάδες κόσμου βγήκε για να διαδηλώσει ενάντια στην αστυνομική βία με αφορμή τον αναίτιο ξυλοδαρμό πολίτη την περασμένη ημέρα. Η Αστυνομία είχε κατέβει με φανερά εχθρικές και εκδικητικές διαθέσεις, μοιράζοντας ξύλο και πλαστές κατηγορίες σε όποιον περαστικό βρισκόταν στον δρόμο της. Λίγες ώρες μετά τα επεισόδια, την ώρα που η 20χρονη Ε. και οι φίλες της έψαχναν τρόπο να διαφύγουν από την αστυνομική αυθαιρεσία που επικρατούσε, η ομάδα ΔΡΑΣΗ τους επιτέθηκε. Εκείνες στον πανικό και την προσπάθειά τους να αποφύγουν τις αστυνομικές δυνάμεις, τρέξανε προς διαφορετικές κατευθύνσεις. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, οι αστυνομικοί είχαν περικυκλώσει τις φίλες της, καθώς και μία άγνωστη σε αυτές ομάδα ατόμων, στην αυλή κάποιας πολυκατοικίας. Εισέβαλαν, έριξαν ευθείες βολές με κροτίδες κρότου λάμψης και χτύπησαν ανελέητα τα άτομα που είχαν εγκλωβιστεί ως όμηροι στα χέρια τους.

Η Ε. έσπευσε στο σημείο και αντέδρασε στον ξυλοδαρμό ενός αβοήθητου ατόμου προτάσσοντας το σώμα της. Ως απάντηση δέχτηκε σωματική και ψυχολογική βία, σεξουαλική παρενόχληση, ενώ οι αστυνομικοί που τη συνέλαβαν αρνούνταν τη δικαιωματική ιατρική της περίθαλψη, παρ’ όλο που ήταν τραυματισμένη σοβαρά σε εμφανή σημεία και έφτυνε αίμα χωρίς να μπορεί να ανασάνει. Η ίδια άρνηση ιατρικής περίθαλψης υπήρξε και σε άλλους σοβαρά τραυματισμένους συλληφθέντες.

Με ψεύτικες κατηγορίες κακουργηματικού χαρακτήρα, κρατήθηκε 4 ημέρες στον 7ο όροφο της ΓΑΔΑ. Έπειτα από τα βασανιστήρια στους δρόμους της Νέας Σμύρνης, τις επόμενες μέρες έλαβαν χώρα συλλήψεις, ξυλοδαρμοί και βασανιστήρια στους ορόφους της ΓΑΔΑ. Στις 13/03/2021 παρουσιάστηκε στον εισαγγελέα και στην ανακριτή οι οποίοι της επέβαλαν 3 περιοριστικά μέτρα: α) την εμφάνιση της 2 φορές το μήνα στο τοπικό Α.Τ. β) την απαγόρευση εξόδου από την χώρα. γ) την απαγόρευση συμμετοχής σε διαμαρτυρία εν στάσει και εν κινήσει. Αποκορύφωμα αποτέλεσε η διάταξη της υποχρεωτικής λήψης γενετικού υλικού DNA, τα αποτελέσματα του οποίου φυσικά βγήκαν αρνητικά .

Στις 10 Οκτωβρίου του 2022 η Ε.Β θα έρθει αντιμέτωπη στο Μικτό Ορκωτό Δικαστήριο Αθηνών με μια μεγάλη δίκη, σηκώνοντας το βάρος των κατηγοριών που της έχουν προσάψει (έκρηξη κατά συναυτουργία από την οποία προέκυψε απόπειρα ανθρωποκτονίας, απόπειρα βαριάς σκοπούμενης σωματικής βλάβης, κατασκευή και προμήθεια εκρηκτικών βομβών με πρόκληση κινδύνου ανθρώπινης σωματικής ακεραιότητας, παράνομη οπλοφορία και οπλοχρησία κ.α. -κάτι που εάν ίσχυε, τουλάχιστον θα αμυνόταν-). Το ποσό που πρέπει να καλυφθεί είναι υπέρογκο και αγγίζει τις 4.000€. 

Καλούμε σε οικονομική αλληλεγγύη και στήριξη για την κάλυψη των εξόδων.

The night of 09/03/2021 in the area of ​​Nea Smyrni, we saw and experienced rebellious moments. Thousands of people took to the streets in protest against police brutality in response to a beating of a civilian by the police force the day before in the same area. It was then clear that the cops had extremely hostile and vindictive attitude as they were beating, threatening and giving false accusations to anyone in their way.

Some time after the incident, when 20-year-old E.B. and her friends were trying to escape the revenge pogrom, the unit of the greek police’s DRASI attacked them. While in panic and trying to avoid the police forces, they ran in different directions. The police had surrounded her friends and another unknown group of people in the yard of an apartment building. They stormed in, firing straight flashbang grenade and beating the people they held hostage in their hands. E.B. rushed to the scene and reacted to the beating of a helpless person with her body. The response was physical and psychological violence, sexual harassment, arrest, denial of mandatory medical treatment to visibly seriously injured arrested people, false accusations, detention for 4 days on the 7th floor of Attica Police Headquarters and restrictive measures.

The following days after the torture in the streets of Nea Smyrni, there were arrests, beatings and torture on the floors of Attica Police Headquarters . On 03/13/2021 she presented herself to the prosecutor and the investigator who imposed 3 restrictive measures on her: a) her mandatory presence twice a month at the local police department. b) ban on leaving the country. c) ban on participating in any kind of protest. The highlight was the provision of the mandatory collection of DNA genetic material.

On October 10, 2022, H.B. will face a long trial in the Mixed Sworn Court of Athens, bearing the burden of the charges against her (explosion during a conspiracy from which an attempted murder arose, attempted grievous intentional bodily harm, manufacture and supply of explosive bombs causing danger to human physical integrity, illegal carrying of weapons and use of weapons, etc. - which if applicable, at least she would defend herself-).

The amount to be covered is exorbitant and reaches € 4,000.

Le soir du 09/03/2021, dans le quartier de Nea Smirni, nous avons vu et vécu des moments de rébellion. Plusieurs milliers de personnes ont protesté, en se manifestant au sujet de la violence policière, en raison du tabassage d'un citoyen par les forces de l'ordre grecques la veille.

La Police était présente, avec des intentions de vengeance visiblement, en tabassant et balançant des fausses accusations envers quiconque était sur leurs passage. Quelques heures suite aux incidents advenu, alors que E., âgée de 18 ans, et ses copines cherchaient une issue afin d'éviter le pogrom des flics, elles ont subi l'attaque de l' équipe ΔΡΑΣΗ (soit la BAC locale).

Prises de panique, en essayant d'éviter les forces de l'ordre elle se sont dispersées, courant vers des directions différentes. La police avait entouré les copines de E., ainsi qu'un groupe d'individus qui leurs étaient inconnus, dans la coure d'un immeuble. A coup de matraques et de flashball à bout portant, les forces de l'ordre se sont acharné envers ces jeunes individus qui étaient en otage. E. se précipita sur les lieux, afin de porter assistance à un individu qui se faisait rouer de coups, en utilisant son corps pour le protéger.

La suite est la suivante: violence physique et psychologique, agression sexuelle, refus de recevoir des soins médicaux pour des blessés qui en avait nettement besoin, fausses accusations de delis à caractère criminel, 4 jours de détention au 7ème étage de ΓΑΔΑ (quartier général de la police dans la région d' Attique) puis, des mesures restrictives. Après la torture dans les rues de Nea Smirni. La violence ne fut qu'accroître dans les étages des quartiers généraux de la police.

Le 13/03/2021, E. se présente en justice, devant le juge et le procureur, pour recevoir les mesures restrictives suivantes:

a) présence obligatoire au commissariat deux fois par mois

b) interdiction de sortir du pays

c) interdiction de se présenter en manifestation mobile et Immobile

La cerise sur le gâteau fut la collecte obligatoire de matériel génétique.

Le 10/10/2022, E.V., devant un jury mixte ça devoir affronter un tribunal important, en soulevant le poids des accusations qui lui sont dirigées. (Explosion collaborée, mettant en danger la vie d'un individu, lésion corporelle en série, tentative de lésions corporelles graves, fabrication et fourniture de bombes présentant un risque pour autrui, port et usage illégal d'arme etc..)

Le montant qui doit être couvert est de 4000€.
