Το αρχαιολογικό άλσος της Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνα αποτελεί τον πιο σημαντικό χώρο αναψυχής, πολιτισμού και άθλησης των κατοίκων της ευρύτερης περιοχής και τον μεγαλύτερο πνεύμονα πρασίνου για το δυτικό κομμάτι του δήμου της Αθήνας.

 Ωστόσο, δήμος Αθηναίων και Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού, στα επικείμενα έργα ανάδειξης του πάρκου, προγραμματίζουν την απομάκρυνση 580 μεγάλων δέντρων και την αποκοπή 60 στρεμμάτων ελεύθερης χρήσης από τα μόλις 100 στρέμματα συνολικής έκτασης του πάρκου!

  Συγκεκριμένα, στο 1ο σκέλος του έργου εντάσσεται η αναδιαμόρφωση των αρχαιολογικών σκαμμάτων. Αυτή περιλαμβάνει σύμφωνα με το δήμο Αθηναίων αρχικά “την άμεση απομάκρυνση 314 δέντρων”. Ο τελικός απολογισμός είναι πολύ μεγαλύτερος και θα οδηγήσει στην καταστροφή του τοπικού οικοσυστήματος, θα στερήσει πολύτιμη βλάστηση από ανθρώπους, ζώα και πουλιά, ενισχύοντας παράλληλα την ατμοσφαιρική ρύπανση και το φαινόμενο της θερμικής νησίδας.

 Στο 2ο σκέλος, εντός του πάρκου, αυτού του ως τώρα ζωντανού, δημόσιου χώρου με το φυσικό ανάγλυφο, χωροθετείται Μουσείο 30 στρεμμάτων. Θα καταργηθούν με αυτόν τον τρόπο δύο γήπεδα και ζωτικός χώρος πρασίνου και ελεύθερης χρήσης.

 Αντίθετα, οι κάτοικοι προτείνουν τη χωροθέτηση του μουσείου εξωτερικά του πάρκου και δίπλα σε αυτό, στην πρώην βιομηχανική περιοχή με την απόλυτη εικόνα εγκατάλειψης, τις παράνομες χωματερές, τα σκραπατζίδικα, τα πάρκινγκ και τα συνεργεία ΚΤΕΛ, τις αλάνες και τα εγκατελειμμένα κτήρια. Την απόλυτη δλδ ευκαιρία για real estate μετά την ανέγερση του μουσείου.

Για μας τους κατοίκους της Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνα, αλλά και της Αθήνας στο σύνολό της, που χρησιμοποιούμε το πάρκο καθημερινά, ωφέλιμη θα ήταν μια ανάπλαση που θα περιλάμβανε νέες δεντροφυτεύσεις αντί της καταστροφής της υπάρχουσας βλάστησης, ζωντανούς χώρους κοινωνικοποίησης, νέους χώρους άθλησης και παιδικών χαρών αντί της οικοπεδοποίησης και της τουριστικοποίησης ενός ακόμα δημόσιου χώρου, ποδηλατόδρομους διασύνδεσης των γειτονικών αρχαιολογικών και πολιτιστικών χώρων, αντί της ανυπαρξίας συγκοινωνιολογικής μελέτης στη χωροθέτηση ενός μουσείου σε μια γειτονιά με πεπερασμένο οδικό δίκτυο.

Ωφέλιμος θα ήταν ένας σχεδιασμός που θα μας χωρούσε.

Στα προγραμματιζόμενα έργα τους, στα συμφέροντά τους, στη ζωή σε μακέτες και στα κλουβιά από μπετό, προτάσσουμε την αναγκαιότητα της επέκτασης του πρασίνου, του ελεύθερου δημόσιου χώρου, της αρχαιολογικής έρευνας που συνυφαίνει τη γνώση του παρελθόντος με το παρόν, το σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και τους κατοίκους, το δικαίωμα στην πόλη.

 The archaeological grove of Plato's Academy is the most important recreation, cultural and sports area for the residents of the wider area and the largest green lung for the western part of the municipality of Athens.

However, the municipality of Athens and the Ministry of Culture, in the upcoming projects to highlight the park, are planning the removal of 580 large trees and the cutting of 60 acres of free use out of the park's total area of just 100 acres!

Specifically, the 1st leg of the project includes the remodeling of the archaeological pits. According to the municipality of Athens, this initially includes "the immediate removal of 314 trees".  On the contrary, the residents propose the location of the museum outside the park and next to it, in the former industrial area with the ultimate image of abandonment, illegal dumps, scrap yards, parking lots, workshops for coaches, bulldozers and abandoned buildings. The ultimate real estate opportunity after the construction of the museum.

For us residents of the Plato Academy, but also of Athens as a whole, who use the park every day, a beneficial redevelopment would include new tree plantings instead of destroying the existing vegetation, lively socializing spaces, new sports grounds and playgrounds instead of turning into real estate and the touristization of yet another public space, bicycle paths connecting the neighbouring archaeological and cultural sites, instead of the absence of a transportation study in the siting of a museum in a neighbourhood with a finite road network.

A design that would accommodate us would be beneficial.

In their planned projects, in their self interests, in life in mockups and in concrete cages, we put forward the necessity of the expansion of green space, free public space, archaeological research that intertwines knowledge of the past with the present, respect for the environment and the inhabitants, the right to the city.

 Le parc archéologique de l'Académie de Platon est l'espace récréatif, culturel et sportif le plus important pour les habitants des alentours et pas seulement. C'est aussi le plus grand espace vert de la partie occidentale de la municipalité d'Athènes.

Cependant, la municipalité d'Athènes et le ministère de la Culture, dans le cadre des prochains projets d'amélioration du parc, ils programment l'abattage de 580 grands arbres et la suppression de 60 hectares d'espace ouvert sur les 100 hectares de superficie totale du parc ! 

 En particulier,

La première phase du projet prévoit la reconfiguration des fouilles archéologiques. Selon la municipalité d'Athènes, cela comprend ,tout d'abord, "l'enlèvement immédiat de 314 arbres". Le bilan final est bien plus élevé et conduira à la destruction de l'écosystème  local.  Ce dernier est en danger, car il prive les gens, les animaux et les oiseaux, d'une végétation précieuse, tout en augmentant la pollution de l'air et l'effet d'îlot thermique.

 Dans la deuxième phase, un musée de 3 hectares sera installé dans le parc, cet espace public vivant, jusque à présent, avec sa topographie naturelle. Deux terrains des jeux et un espace vert vital, en plein air, seront ainsi supprimés.

Au contraire, les habitants proposent d'implanter le musée à l'extérieur du parc et à côté, sur le site industriel d’ auparavant, avec la priorité absolue d'un espace vert et ouvert. 

La proposition est basée sur l'idée que le musée devrait être situé dans une ancienne zone industrielle, avec son abandon absolu, ses décharges illégales, ses parcs à ferraille, ses parkings et dépôts de bus, ses alpages et ses bâtiments abandonnés.

L'ultime opportunité immobilière après la construction du musée.

Pour nous, résidents de l'Académie de Platon, et pour Athènes dans son ensemble, qui utilisons le parc quotidiennement, il serait avantageux un réaménagement qui inclurait de nouvelles plantations d'arbres, au lieu de la destruction de la végétation existante, des espaces de vie pour la socialisation, de nouvelles installations sportives et aires de jeux, au lieu de l'aménagement et de la mise en tourisme d'un espace public encore .Il pourrrait encore inclure  des trajets pour les cyclistes pour l'interconnexion des sites archéologiques et culturels voisins, au lieu de l'absence d'étude des transports pour la mise en place d'un musée dans un quartier dont le réseau routier est extremement limité.

Il serait bénéfique d'avoir un projet ou on pourrait s'intégrer. 

Au lieu de leurs projets planifiés, de leurs intérêts, de leur vie en maquettes et en cages de béton, nous proposons la nécessité d'étendre les espaces verts, les espaces publics ouverts des fouilles archéologiques qui mêlent la connaissance du passé à celle du présent, du respect de l'environnement et celui de ses habitants, du droit à la ville.

Der archäologische Park der Platons Akademie ist das wichtigste Erholungs-, Kultur-und Sportgebiet für die Bewohner der weiteren Umgebung und die größte grüne Lunge für den westlichen Teil der Stadt Athen. 

Allerdings planen die Stadt Athen und das Kulturministerium im Rahmen der bevorstehenden Projekte zur Aufwertung des Parks die Abholzung von 580 großen Bäumen und die Reduzierung von 60 Hektar zur freien Nutzung von der Gesamtfläche des Parks von nur 100 Hektar! 

Insbesondere, die 1. Phase des Projekts umfasst die Umgestaltung der archäologischen Ausgrabungen. Dazu gehört nach Angaben der Stadt Athen zunächst „die sofortige Entfernung von 314 Bäumen“. Der endgültige Schaden ist weitaus höher und wird zur Zerstörung des lokalen Ökosystems führen; Menschen, Tieren und Vögel wird die wertvolle Vegetation beraubt mit gleichzeitige Verstärkung der Luftverschmutzung und des Wärmeinsel effektes. 

In der 2. Phase, innerhalb des Parks, dieses noch lebendigen, öffentlichen Raums mit dem natürlichen Relief, wird der Standort eines 3 Hektar großen Museums geplant. Auf diese Weise werden zwei Spielfelder sowie wichtige Grün-und Freiflächen entfernt.

Im Gegenteil, die Anwohner schlagen den Standort des Museums außerhalb und in unmittelbarer Nähendes Parks vor, im ehemaligen Industriegebiet mit dem ultimativen Bild von Verlassenheit, illegalen Mülldeponien, Schrottplätzen, Parkplätzen und Werkstätten des Bushofes für Fernverkehr, unbebauten Grundstücken und verlassenen Gebäuden.

Die ultimative Möglichkeit für Real Estate nach dem Bau des Museums. 

Für uns Bewohner der Platons Akademie, aber auch von Athen insgesamt, die den Park täglich nutzen, wäre von Vorteil eine Sanierung mit neue Baumpflanzungen statt der Zerstörung der bestehenden Vegetation, mit lebendige Sozialräume, neue Sport-und Spielplätze statt der Bebauung und massiven touristischen Entwicklung eines weiteren öffentlichen Raums, mit Fahrradwege, die die benachbarten archäologischen und kulturellen Stätten verbinden, statt des Fehlens einer Verkehrsstudie bei der Planung eines Museums in einem Viertel mit einem beschränkten Straßennet

Ein Design, das uns entgegenkommt, wäre von Vorteil. 

Anstelle ihrer geplanten Projekten, ihrer wirtschaftlichen Interessen, dem Leben in Betonkäfigen, bevorzugen wir die Notwendigkeit der Erweiterung von Grünflächen, des freien öffentlichen Raums, der archäologischen Forschung, die das Wissen der Vergangenheit mit der Gegenwart verbindet, und des Respekts vor der Umwelt und die Einwohner, des Rechtes auf die Stadt. Unterstützen Sie unseren Kampf für das Recht auf öffentlichen Raum, Grünflächen und die Stadt.
